I am not sure if this is the problem or just not having the right version of Java loaded on my new pc. When I try to access an alert to modify it gives me an error:

error unmarshalling return; nested exception is:

java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.hie.cloverleaf.configserver.alert.AlertRem (no security manager: RMI class loader disabled). Thanks in advance for any information.

Also having problems loading SMAT files, getting the error:

RemoteException occurred in server thread; nested exception is:

java.rmi.UnmarshalException: unrecognized method hash: method not supported by remote object

What version of Cloverleaf?  I had two problems loading SMAT files with 5.5rev1, one was fixed when I installed the rev1 patch on my client, the other is because the file is too big (nothing you can do about that one).

            Hope this helps,

Did you copy the clgui.jar file from the engine box to your pc?

You should confirm that the Client and Server are on the same version

of Cloverleaf.  Hit the Cloverleaf icon in bottom right of GUI.

It was the clgui.jar file, Thanks Michael I should have remembered that.
