Hi!! Can anyone help?

As I get a bad outbound reply for a msg, I error the ob saved msg (obmsgid) out in a tps inbound reply proc. The ob msg is then suppose to go to the tps send fail procs I thought.  However, I do not see it go to my send fail proc..  Does anyone know this is possible?   I am trying to replace my current code where I use the tcl “after” command to sleep 30 seconds each time before resending the msg I get a bad reply for.
