Cloverleaf 5.6 patch on Citrix running Windows 2003

Cloverleaf v5.6 was installed on Citrix running on Windows 2003 successfully. But the patch did not install. An error was encountered running install_patch.cmd. Error: Microsoft Windows (version 5.2.3790) “”==”” was unexpected at this time.

The backup files were created but the files were not updated, so the patch was unsuccessfully installed.

Do you have any idea what’s wrong?
