Has anyone gotten the CL_TCP.pl scripts to correctly run under Microsoft IIS? I’ve got them working under Apache without any problems, but getting the to locate and run IIS has been another story.
How did you do it for Apache? I’m running Apache 2.0 on AIX 5.3. I can use the Cl-tcp.html to pass a message to the CL-Tcp.pl script that passes it on to a thread running in my Cloverleaf site. I can see the reply going out of my cloverleaf thread, but it never gets recognized by CL-Tcp.pl. The script always times out waiting for a response and leaves a “Cant Select:” error in my Apache error log. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I’m not sure if 5.5 has a different version of perl or cgi-lib.pl, but it’s not quite working. I fixed the script for our 5.5 site. When I run it, I get “Socket: Addr family not supported by protocol”. I assumed my Cloverleaf thread should be configured as an MLP server.
Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks.
