We recently purchased the Cloverleaf Web Service adapter and are in the process of working out our architecture. What our Network team wants to do is utilize their Citrix NetScaler utility to create a virtual Internet facing IP and forward the traffic to our web service listening on our internal Cloverleaf server. Our Cloverleaf server is internal and is not exposed to the Internet. Our Network team is not 100% sure if the web service response traffic will be handled correctly by the NetScaler or not but we’re going to give it a try.
Does anyone have any experience or insight into this? I am not a Network person and they are not Interface experts so I’m wondering if anyone out there that is a little more rounded than I am knows of any issues we may encounter by doing this.
