I have installed Apache on our AIX Unix Server for HTTP Server functionality.  I am able to call a CGI script from the Internet Explorer and see the results.  I would like to be able to call a TCl script as well.  Matt had mentioned that he called the TCl script from with in the CGI script.  Can someone post a example of that.  I can call the TCL script but it will not execute the TCL.  I have added the TCL enviroment variables and such but no luck.  I would like to see just a simple TCL script that sets to a site and runs the msiattach command to get a list of threads or something similar.

      Thanks,

          Brad,

Did you ever get this working?

I do not have an example of how to call a TCL script from CGI; however, I have an approach that might be a good alternative.

I have a set of script(s) that run every 10 minutes to create HTML web pages that are snapshots of any running site along with thread stats of interest.

I rdist those HTML pages onto a central test server which I have HTTP running on and can view them in a web browser.

It has been very usefull to get a quick overview of everything for the on-call person.

Thanks to Don Ramey on implementing this for us during his stay as an employee.

Here is a partial screen shot of what it looks like and I see I have 106K messages backed up from a down system, so might be time to go into down mode – I better contact on-call person.
