      This is a heads up for any installation connecting to the Cerner RLN (Reference Lab Network).

      Under certain circumstances the RLN can lose messages and you may not be aware of it (depending on how you handle acknowledgments).

          please enlighten me on what you mean by this post, please reply

          we are experiencing lost messages when a large batch (2700) messages is done from EPIC all with the same time during the overnight hours
