CCD CDA Viewer

All,

My administration wants to view some of the CCD’s coming through the XDS.b interface before we let them into our EHR system.  I have create a proc that decodes the data into XML and then this gets sent out to a Fileset-local connection, which is great.  What I am looking for now is something that can view these XML and show them in a way that is readable, not just a property tree list.  Any options out there I can try?

Did you get an answer on this? I didn’t see this thread until now.

Do you mean bringing up the CCD in a web browser? Is there a required stylesheet that has to be in the same directory as the CCD (or maybe the stylesheet is located via URL)?

I was looking for anything, hadn’t done this before.  I did find a stylesheet that allowed me to view them in a browser though.  It is not ideal, but it works.

ok I don’t have anything more than that. I’ve noticed that different vendors have their own version of the CCD stylesheet, so that the look and feel are different. But the data is the same. I’m not aware of software that specifically views and manipulates CCD content, except for XML tools like XMLSpy.
