Can’t create JAVA VM => set windows variable _JAVA_OPTION

Just a heads up.

We recently use a Windows Server 2012 server where we all log on and use the Cloverleaf IDE. Worked fine for a couple of months, but this morning we all got a ‘Can’t create JAVA VM’ error when starting the IDE. very weird.

GIYF and it said to add a windows system variable (via Control Panel/System/Advanced System Properties/Environment Variables) named _JAVA_OPTIONS and give it the value -Xmx512M. Sounds familiar, right?

And it worked! After setting the variable the IDE started again.
