cannot write to error database – never saw this before

I know the underling cause – we had to reboot the Domain Controller. It impacted a lot of stuff – SQL Server connections, Direct connections to external entities, and this:

I didn’t know that writing to the Error DB required a connection which was impacted by the loss of the domain controller. Or is this some other kind of error?
