I’m trying to set up our first Web Services connection.

I have received both a .jks and .pfx file from the destination; in this case the State of Iowa for vaccination messages.

Which one do I use for the CAA-WS, and where do I load that file?

      Thanks.

You’ll likely use the jks file.

This is the keystore for the certificate for the https connection.

In the WS Client config, create a new HTTP Conduit, and add the file path to the Truststore file. You’ll also need the password for the file, which would have been given to you along with the file.

click Validate Truststore to check if the password and type are correct.

Use the following to find out what the keystore type is and the certificates installed:

          keytool -list -keystore
