CA DOH Setup

Hello,
Has anyone tried setting up a SOAP interface with CA DOH? We have one, but they have moved to Optum as their vendor. I’ve been trying to set this up for a few weeks now. The WSDL does not contain 1.1/1.2 endpoints, it just contains one endpoint. CL is defaulting to 1.1 on the outbound and Optum is expecting 1.2. I then tried to set SOAP up as just “payload” and that seems to go over, but then I get a “No trusted Certificate Found” error. I know I’m using the correct Truststore file with a good password. I’m not sure what else to try. They have sftp, but we’ve had so many problems with CA that we really want the acks so we can fix/resend bad data. Has anyone else been successful setting up with Optum to CA DOH? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
