For those of us who develop interfaces in Tcl, Java, JavaScript, and Python I have a question. What auto-documentation generator tool do you use? I use Doxygen but am interested in hearing if anyone is using a different or better tool.

  I use Doxygen for a lot of my auto-documentation needs: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doxygen. Here is a decent YouTube video by Abdullah Aghazadah giving a tutorial: https://youtu.be/TtRn3HsOm1s.
