Any one worked with Epic EMPI QUERY Interface

Can some body help me how to get the ACk sent from OB thread direct it to external port.

I am using EPIC query EMPI Query which is working as a OB Thread in a  Synchronous mode.

I see the ACK of the OB in smat are coreect response but not sure how to get this ACK sent extrernal system.

Any help and guidance would be good start for me to begin .
