Any ideas on how to PuTTY into a Windows 2008 server?

Trying to PuTTY into a Win 2008 server but keeps failing. I’m assuming it has something to do with the fact that the server has no IIS setup. Also, I can’t find port 443 as listening either.

  I have used OpenSSH in the past to enabling ssh/scp into a Windows server.
