Another prospective CL user

Hello All,

I’m reposting as a new topic; I’m not familiar with other engines and have been given the task of evaluating the top 5 for consideration by a client that currently does not have one; relies on the Misys app to provide all the interfacing.  Rhapsody is highly recommended and if (and its a big if!) all other things are equal (performance, reliability, support, documentation) it proports to be much easier to use, configure, administer than CL.  Like it wouldn’t require a lot of resources or expertise to implement and support.  It does seem to me that the administration of CL(ver 3.8.) requires a lot of knowledge; could other engines be as simple and easy to manage as they say?  

I would appreciate any advice/reviews re CL, eGate, Rhapsody, NeoIntegrate or any others; or suggestions on what to ask a vendor to ‘prove’ their products value.
