Alerts for 6.0.1

Any have an example of how to set up an alert on 6.0.1? I am trying to play with the email function but not having any luck. Currently looking at OB Q Depth.

Here’s an example. You can test the configure and test the mail server in the Client Options.

Thanks Max, that helped. Which led me to another question. i can bring up a site on my pc, stop the process and get the email but if i close my whole site down and open it on another pc and stop the process the alerts dont fire. does this have something to do with locking the site?

Do you have the mail configured in the new location? Check the alerts.log to see if the alert is actually firing and the email is not going out, or of the alert is actually not firing. Try using notify instead of mail to check to see if the alert fires correctly.
