Alert Variables

I see that in alert action you can use %A for the alert message, or %F for the alert file.  Is there a list of other variables available for use, or is this it?

It would be a nice enhancement to get a list of things causing the alert.  Say your alert is for threads a, b, c, d, e, … z, and theads a and c caused the alert, a list with a and c in some variable would be really cool.
