Alert order

I am creating alerts for our conversion to Cloverleaf.  I have a process status alert to page if any of our processes are down.  I also have a thread status alert to page if any of our threads are down.  Let’s say somebody takes down a process, will the both pages fire or would the process status alert take precedent and not fire the thread status alert.

Corey,

There is checkbox next to the the alert type for thread alerts that says ‘Thread Only’.  This essentially disables the thread alerting if the process in which the thread resides is down.  If this option isn’t checked, you’ll also get alerts when the process is down.
