Alert for post-xlate queued (state 7) ?

Hello All,

Is it possible to create an Alert for messages that are State 7,

post-xlate queued ?

  What is the trigger for the alert? The fact that the message reached a status of 7?

  That is part of the Alert I am trying to define, ‘the Trigger’ .
  
  I tried checking the status of Inbound queue ( ipque) but it does not catch it.
