      Greetings,

I have an inbound fileset-ftp thread set up to run at a specific time of day using advanced scheduling. However, when I start the ftp thread it runs immediately and then goes into a timer status. The thread does run again at the specified time. Is this a bug? Shouldn’t the thread wait for the scheduled time instead of running immediately after startup?

      Cloverleaf 5.3 Rev2 on Windows 2000

      Thanks!

          Hi,

I don’t think its a bug it’s more a case of people don’t expect it to do this. I have the same behaviour on a number of different platforms/versions and as long as you are awareof how it operates I don’t think of it as a problem. Maybe a switch on the setup to ask whether ‘run on startup’ is required could be added to a later another version.

          Regards

          Garry
