Advanced scheduling options

For a Fileset-Local protocol, under Scheduling>Setup>Edit-Event Properties, there is a place to specifiy a TPS proc, but there are no procs to choose from.  Is there a separate tclprocs directory that must be created and indexed in order to be able to select one in this window?

If Scheduling is setup for a Fileset-Local interface, the NetConfig will have an ARGS and PROC keyword under that interface’s SCHEDULE block, but I do not see where ARGS can be specified on the setup screen.
