No.
You will need to know which X12 version (probably either 4010 or 5010) then acquire the Implementation Guide from Washington publishing (this will cost money) and a Companion Guide from either or both of the trading partners (this should not cost you anything).
If you have a mix of versions (let’s say 4010 in and 5010 out) you will need 2 Implementation Guides.
If you either of your trading partners are using other than the 834 message set (no matter what version) you will need a Implementation Guide for that Transaction Set.
If you have one of the trading partners not using X12, then you will need the trading partner’s spec for their messages.
