6.2 Installation issue

      I’ve installed a copy of 6.2 on a windows server 2012 and when I tried to start the engine. I get HCIENGINE.EXE HAS STOPPED WORKING. I hit okay. The engine starts but monitor deamon, processes or threads won’t start. Just dead.

      Can anyone help please?

          Have you tried looking in the Windows Application Event Log?

          You might want to open up a support ticket with Infor.

              Hi,

              I had the same issue.

              In Environment Variables we had a PERL5LIB variable pointing to a few different locations.

              I renamed the variable and the issue went away.
