5.6 GUI Site Manager should include XML

Enhancement short description: It would be helpful if the Cloverleaf GUI Site Manager panel included XML.

Enhancement Long Description:
The Site Manager Panel for the GUI has selections for all of the formats except XML.
It would be helpful if XML were included and when a Package was selected it brought up the XML Package Manager.
