5.4.1 IDE blank on server and clients

      We have upgraded from Cloverleaf 5.3 to 5.4.1 on Windows 2003.  this first few times we went into the IDE on the server and from remote clients everything was fine.  Then all the sudden the next time and all subsequent times the IDE comes up, lets you pick a server and site but brings up the IDE blank, no launch bar or Site Manager.  They are checked on the menu, you can uncheck and recheck them but still nothing.  There are no errors displayed.  We have tried stopping and restarting the service and rebooting but still have a blank IDE.  Has anyone else experienced this problem?

          I found C:quovadxqdx5.4.1integratorclguibinunsupportedhcinetmonitor.exe and was able to get the network monitor up.  Still have a blank IDE when starting from C:quovadxqdx5.4.1integratorclguibinhciaccess.exe

            Figured it out.  We had some duplicate named tcl procs that once we cleaned those up everything was fine.
