5.3 translate GUI, using multi word literal.

I’m using 5.3 and I’m trying to do an If statement in a translate and the value I looking for is a two word literal.  I don’t get the error if the value is only one word.

I read in another thread to do this, {=word1 word2}, but this does not seem to work.
