Hi Doug,
I always start with the most obvious first. (And I’ve done these before.) 😯
Check that your route is DFT_P03 (zero 3) and not DFT_PO3 (letter O 3).
Also, your MSH.1 has an extra in it. Not sure if that’s your formatting or the actual content.
