I think that Quovadx is working on a native windows executable for the guis.  This will replace the Java client, and all the Java weirdness that accompanies it. (Wheel scroll, sorting of items in dialogs, etc.)

You may also want to distill your suggestions and place them in the “Product Enhancement” area of the board.  That will make them easy for Quovadx to find and evaluate.
