I did some general site clean up things and my error is gone now.
I deleted the thread that was causing the problem.
Stopped all processes, lock manager, and monitor daemon.
Removed vista.taf file.
Removed monitrShmemFile.
Reinitialized the databases.
Started lock manager, monitor daemon.
Recreated the new thread.
Started the processes, and everything is normal now.
