You need to add the %g1 variable in the basis of the iterate for the subgroup. Then for the sub group you need to use a different variable such as %g2. For instance if the basis for the group was 0 and the variable was %g1 then for the subgroup its basis might be 0(%g1).0 with the subgroup variable of %g2. Hope this helps…..
