    Jim,

     We just got thru a task with SCC where the SoftPath application was throwing delimiters in the outbound reports.  They have a fix for this problem but you should have your lab folks go over their test codes and descriptions to make sure that they are not using delimiters in these fields (“&”).  When this breaks in path, it’s usually easily recognized by the receivers, but the ampersand in a description could be easily overlooked.

    SoftLab, SoftMic and SoftPath all have different output streams, so if the problem is fixed in one, it may not be corrected in the other subsystems.
