We have a few Cloverleaf sites where we see this problem.
We have multiple Cloverleaf ADT sites communicating to one ‘application’ site that feeds multple application socket listeners.
If one of the application sockets listemners is down for a while we sometimes see an OB queue in the ADT sites.
We have seen this in revs 3.5.2, 3.5.5(our current prod) and 5.2.1.
