Gonna answer my own question after another attempt in test:

1. Stop engine processes

2. Close Network Monitor

3. Delete thread from NetConfig

4. Save NetConfig

5. Kill Monitor daemon

6. hcimsiutil -R (must be hci user)

7. Start Network Monitor

8. Start Engine processes

All good. Bad part is that it resets your stats for the day.
