Windows, under the covers, uses / just like Unix. They use from the command line processor. I usually use / even in Windows.
With that said, why are you using the process directory for Fileset/local?
Create a directory under the process directory and use that.
Assume the directory you create is named INPUT, just put the word INPUT in the NetConfig. Remeber, the process directory is the working directory. Everything is relative to that directory.
If you are trying to pick up a specific file you will have to use a directory parse Tcl proc. By default, all files in the directory are fetched and deleted.
