We are currently working on a project to interface Philips monitor data from our ICU monitors to our HIS (Quadramed’s Affinity). The data comes across as ORU messages which we place into our results database. The data is sent once a minute but that may be adjustable. That’s about as ‘real time’ as we can get. HTH!
