I’m grasping at straws but take a close look and make sure your zeros are not O’s and vice versa.

In other words, make sure the variant is defined as ORU_R01 and not something like ORU_RO1.

Also, check in the actual message that it is coming across as ORU_R01 and not something like ORU_RO1 (this has happened to me once upon a time, too).
