You should be running the Cloverleaf GUI’s from your client machines, NOT logging into the server then running the GUI from ‘hciaccess’. If you run the GUI’s from the client, you’ll know who has the file locked, and also know who was the last person to change the file (by looking within the prologue of the configuration file and seeing who the ‘author’ was). I assume that all of the developers have the client software installed on their workstations/PC’s, so they should be running from there; i.e. assuming Windows then from the “Start” menu: Start >All Programs > QDX Platform 5.2 > QDX Integration Services > IDE. Then select the ‘Use the Remote Config Server’ radio button, and enter the server name/address.
