When we first started using Cloverleaf we had many issues with panic’s caused by conflicts with anti virus and backup software. Through advice from Quovadx and trial and error we have now eliminated most of these issues but what caused us the biggest headache was proving to the customer that it was their anti virus/backup software that was causing the panics.
Exclude the exec directory from any scan’s backups and you should be OK.
