Although I have not tried it, you might be able to bastardize an outbound FTP thread to a remote server directory and keep the conneciton up. If the server goes down, the thread will go into “opening” status which then you can set an alert to “do something.”
We are currently configuring OpenWater. I hope they don’t come to me and say, “Let’s put your stuff on here…”
