Global Monitor (multi-site monitor) and advanced security (LDAP depended) are separate add-on modules to Cloverleaf Integration Services. They are available for both 5.3 and will be available for v5.4 (GA mid-Dec).
LDAP-less advanced security is not planned for the version 5.4 release. We are hoping to create this version in 2006.
