Pending message not in recovery or error database

Hello, I have a thread that is in error state with 1 pending message. I would like to remove it but after a hcidbdump -r or hcidbdump -e, I do not see the message with the associated thread under the source column. I have also tried hcidbdump -r -f *thread in error* but nothing shows up. Any advice on how to tackle this?

  If it isn’t in error or recovery db, it is a message that hasn’t been acknowledged by the system it was sent to (check if you’re using a check_ack proc on the outbound message).
  
  To purge the queue
  
  > GUI > Full > Release reply
  
  or
  
  > command line of the site process > “hcimsiutil -Z”
