SMAT slowness in Cloverleaf Gui 6.1.1

In recently reinstalled Cloverleaf GUI 6.1.1 on Windows 10. Everything works great, the only issues is that when I submit or retrieve SMAT files it takes about 2 mins. Does anybody know how to fix this.

  Hi Yamil,
  
  We had to update our Windows Firewall to allow hciaccess to communicate through the firewall. Once this was done everything was running like it had on Windows 7.
