      Hi, I’m trying to create a new user via Interface Services Certified Manager. We’re using Cloverleaf 5.8 version. When I try to generate a certificate, I’m getting an error message saying “Cannot find the Certificate Request File”. Nothing has changed on our Global Monitor server so I’m not sure what causing this error to come up and due to this, I can’t compete the set up for the new GM user. Has anyone come across with this error and how to resolve it?
