We are upgrading to Cloverleaf 6.2 on new Windows Server 2016 hardware and are trying to figure out how we can connect via a terminal from our desktops/laptops. We currently use Telnet but it is not supported on Windows Server 2016. We have tried using PowerShell but cannot get the Cloverleaf environment variables setup using our existing scripts and setroot, setsite, etc.
We had thought about using PuTTY or another terminal client and connect using SSH but there is no built-in SSH support on Windows Server 2016.
We’re looking for ideas on what other clients are doing that are on Windows Server 2016 and connecting to their Cloverleaf servers using a terminal.
