      Env: Dev

      We are unable as of last week to resend any encrypted SMATDB files (either to thread or file) in any site, environment-wide. The error is “[SQLITE_ERROR] SQL error or missing database (no such function: load_extension)” We also cannot view the messages in GM (although we can view them in the IDE). Has anyone encountered this error or have a resolution?

          2 newer versions of sqlite-jdbc.jar had been added to the /clgui/lib directory, which caused the issue. Removed them and cycled the host server and the resend works again.
