CAA-WS Soap Replies

All,

I’m currently working on a XDS.b project with the state of KY.  For the patient identity feed and the CCD outbound to the state, I was able to generate a basic reply to send back to my EMR and all is well.  But for the next step in sending ITI.18 queries to the state, I need to be able to send the query to the state and send the reply back to the EMR.  

Currently all my efforts to send the reply back to the EMR have resulted in the same error of unknown protocol: null.  Does anyone have any experience with doing this that would be able to assist me?  I have tried stripping the response headers, and not stripping them and so forth, but nothing seems to help.
