Is there a ‘safe’ and easy way to copy a thread from a 6.1 Cloverleaf NetConfig to a 6.2 Cloverleaf NetConfig?

When I just right click on a thread and select Copy, in 6.1, and then go to a 6.2 NetConfig and right clock on the screen and select Paste, it does paste the thread but then I can’t edit it., nor can I save the NetConfig.

So that makes me think that there may be a significant difference in configuration details between the two versions and the 6.2 NetConfig may have trouble ‘translating’ the details into a newer format.

Has anyone else had this problem? Maybe I’m forgetting, but I’m pretty sure I could do this between 6.0 and 6.1?

I found this entry in the Help / Configuration / Network Configurator:

“When updating sites from old roots to the current root, you should open the Network Configurator in the GUI and save it to get the new site

Follow-up – we just copied the old NetConfig file into the 6.2 site directory and opened NetConfig in the GUI and everything seemed to convert ok. Still checking it out.
