looping over group and segments obr/obx pairs

we have a result oru message that contains multiple results obr/obx pairs.  vendor requirement is to send a result that contains a single result for vital only.

working on an xlate to evaluate if obr-4.1 = “vitalsigns” or obr-4.4= “vital signs” then process transaction obr/obx pair and value the obr-4.2 text to “vital signs” per vendor requirements.

I get a path error when I try to put in an IF to eval obr-4.1 or obr-4.4 and I am not sure where I am off on the group, segment or if it is some other issue.  I have attached xlate and incoming sample message, desired outgoing sample message.

I am open to new way to do the xlate if there is a more straight forward and better approach.  All assistance is greatly appreciated.
