SMAT DB Resend Issues

I opened an incident with Infor on this this AM.  Seems to be some inconsistencies.  Below is what I sent them.

1. If you search and entire SMAT file for all messages within that file without using and advanced search criteria, you will get all messages from SMAT displayed to your screen.  At this point if you use the check-box next to the Message Id and check that box, do a resend to file, your file will contain the number of messages selected. If you use the Mark All messages box, all the messages from the SMAT file are resent.  This works as expected.

2. If you use the advanced search criteria, like an inbound start time and use a range, you will see a certain number of messages displayed.  If you use the check box next to the Message Id, which is only selecting the messages currently displayed on the page, they will be sent to file as expected. However of you use the Mark All check box, SMAT displays and says you have selected a number of messages as expected, when you resend these messages, you get the confirmation message that says the messages have been resent.  The number match what is expected. Yet when you search for the file that you resent, it does not exist.

3. Similar to item 2 above, if you use advanced search criteria and, for example, select an Inbound Start Time > greater than a time of the day, you will get a certain number of messages displayed.  If you use the check box next to the message Id, and select the messages to resend to file, you will get the expected number of messages in your resend file.  However, if you use the Mark All messages option, you will receive confirmation stating that you have marked a certain number of message.  When resending these messages, you receive a confirmation stating that the number of messages you expected were resent. Yet when you verify the number of messages in the resend file, the entire SMAT file for that day was resent.  This can result in considerably more messages then you expected being resent.
